I think the MUSITREND 10 in 1 Record Player is decent for casual use if you want vinyl, CD, cassette, radio, and Bluetooth in one cabinet. It does the job as a value-tier all-in-one player.
I wouldn't buy it as a true beginner hi-fi deck. The ceramic cartridge and small built-in speakers are the main reasons the vinyl side is only average.
